Declaration confirming the legality of the origin of funds and cryptocurrency assets

By this declaration, I am an individual creating an application on the website https://bloom.exchange(BLOOM EXCHANGE), hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant" , being a capable person, without being in a state of delusion or deceit, I confirm and certify the following information:

  1. The funds and/or crypto-currency assets were obtained, received, acquired by me in a legal, non-criminal way.

  2. Cash and/or cryptocurrency assets are my property.

  3. Operations performed by me with cash and / or cryptocurrency assets are performed by me knowingly and in my personal interests, without pursuing the interests of third parties.

  4. I do not act on behalf of or receive instructions from known or unknown third parties to buy or sell cryptocurrencies, as well as any information or instructions about the crypto wallet(s) to which cryptocurrencies must be transferred or from whose account cryptocurrencies must be debited to complete the purchase -sales of cryptocurrencies.

  5. I have a full and unambiguous understanding of the functionality, use, storage, distribution mechanism and other characteristics of cryptocurrency and I understand and accept the risks and consequences when buying or selling cryptocurrency. I have a complete understanding of the essence of cryptocurrencies, their principle of operation, exchange rate volatility.

  6. Received a full amount of information about the selected cryptocurrency to make an informed decision to buy or sell.

  7. I comply with any applicable taxation regimes in the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.

  8. The crypto-wallet to which you need to transfer the cryptocurrency or withdraw the cryptocurrency from the account belongs to me. I own, manage and have access to it solely.

  9. Funds in the amount indicated in the application I created on the site https://bloom.exchange(BLOOM EXCHANGE) are personal. I dispose of, own, use or benefit from them for my own purposes and needs, without being ordered or ordered by third parties, and also not in the interests of third parties.

  10. Cryptocurrency in the amount specified in the application created by me on the site https://bloom.exchange(BLOOM EXCHANGE), belongs to me solely, is used for personal purposes, obtained legally, not criminally.

  11. I am not influenced by third parties. I do not receive and have not received threats from unknown persons, warnings, promises about the theft of funds from my bank account or fraudulent activities with my bank account.

  12. I am aware that if I provided false information, then I independently bear the risks of civil, administrative or criminal liability provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

CONFIRMATION OF TRANSFER AND RECEIVING CRYPTOCURRENCY. NO CLAIMS

The Declarant hereby confirms that the funds and/or cryptocurrency assets used in the application created by the declarant on the website https://bloom.exchange(BLOOM EXCHANGE) were sent by him or received by him to the crypto wallet/bank account/bank card specified in the application (Clause 8 of the Declaration) to the appropriate extent.

The Declarant hereby confirms that there are no claims regarding the transferred or received amounts of funds and / or cryptocurrency assets, the timing of the transfer of cryptocurrency or funds and other tangible or intangible claims, and also confirms his unequivocal desire to conclude a transaction for the purchase and sale of cryptocurrency.
